Two missions, one expertise

Selling or buying, I advise both sides

You are selling your business

Restaurant, café, salon, retail — I value your business, protect it through confidentiality, and present it to the qualified buyers in my network.

  • ✓ Free and confidential valuation
  • ✓ Blind teasers, your brand never exposed
  • ✓ Target: 45 days from mandate to signing
  • ✓ Notary and lease support

You are looking to acquire

You want to acquire a business in Lisbon? I save you months: verified files, serious sellers, structured negotiation.

  • ✓ Priority access to active mandates
  • ✓ Financial analysis and due diligence
  • ✓ Operator view — I run a café myself
  • ✓ Price and terms negotiation

Why TurnKey

The difference between an agent and a broker who knows the trade

01

Operator view

I ran APF Café in Lapa for several years. I know the costs, the margins, the traps — and I can tell when a file holds up.

02

Full confidentiality

Never your brand, never your address. Blind teasers, NDA before any detailed file.

03

Competitive IAD fees

IAD Portugal structure, transparent fees, below those of a classic M&A advisory firm.

Broker in business transfers — Lisbon

An operator who became a broker. For several years, I ran my own business in Lisbon: lease negotiation, payroll management, supplier contracts, licensing. That ground experience shapes how I approach every file today.

Where an agent reads a balance sheet as an accounting document, I read it as an operator. I spot the undervalued lines, the ratios slipping, the costs ahead. I also recognize what never shows on a balance sheet: a tired team, a questionable license, a declining location, a difficult landlord.

This dual reading serves both sides of the market. sellers get a valuation that holds up in front of informed buyers. buyers get an interlocutor who speaks their language, has lived what they are about to live, and alerts them rather than over-selling.

I advise on business sales and acquisitions in Lisbon — F&B, retail, services, atypical — provided there is a storefront and a business to transfer.
